KREEK'S FRANCE ARACHIDES implements a strict quality policy at several levels:
- The careful selection of suppliers according to their ability to comply with strict specifications (including factors such as product quality, compliance with European standards concerning levels of aflatoxins, pesticides and colouring agents, the absence of GMOs or ionized products, etc.).
- Production and packaging: ongoing inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP, quality and hygiene standards at the various production stages.
- Maximum freshness : nuts derived only from the latest harvests, roasted to order.
- Environmental protection: our commitments are detailed in our in-house sustainable development charter (including selective waste sorting, recycling, energy limitations, etc.).
- Insistence that our suppliers comply with our code of ethics, including for example a ban on child labour.
ROASTING
Great care is taken during the roasting of seeds and fruit. Each product is roasted separately either in a drying oven or in pure sunflower oil, applying the time and cooking temperatures specific to each product.
This guarantees a crisp product and maximum flavour retention.
The mixes are prepared after cooking.
We propose a wide selection of mixes and can also create special ones to meet your requirements.
Our organic certification bears witness to our ability to meet the high standards required for this range of products.
GUARANTEEING MAXIMUM FRESHNESS AND CONSERVATION
We only begin the processing of raw materials upon receipt of your orders, guaranteeing premium snacks, all freshly roasted and packed.
Our know-how and our proven vacuum packing techniques mean that you can be sure of a long shelf life (12 to 24 months).
